EMDR & Trauma Therapy

As we experience the world, we learn. We learn how to think, how to act, how to love, and how to keep ourselves safe. But there are times when the world hands over something too big, and we don’t quite know what to do with it. These traumatic or disturbing events can get us stuck in many different ways.

Do you feel stuck?

  • Do you find yourself  irritable, anxious or angry?

  • Are you avoiding things or people who make you feel anxious?

  • Are you doing things that you know aren't good for you, but can’t quite stop?

  • Are you using food or substances in a way you know is not healthy?

  • Are you using anything in a way that isn’t healthy? Sex, shopping, social media, entertainment, exercise?

  • Do you find yourself getting hijacked by shame, depression, or fear?

  • Is it difficult to trust people, even those who are close to you?

  • Do you find that triggers, flashbacks, panic attacks, or intrusive thoughts are getting in the way of living the life you want?

  • Is it hard to see yourself as good, capable, loveable, or enough? Do you find that you’re especially critical or hard on yourself?

If any of this feels familiar, and you’re tired of it, let’s talk!

It’s time to heal and to get unstuck.
